The afterhours rate will apply from 6 P.M. to 7 A.M.

The rate for Technical Support over the phone will be

$50.00 / hour with a 2 hour minimum charge.

If we are unable to assist you at the time of your

call please send us a "detailed" email about your issue

and we will return to you as soon as possible.
